Named after the famous 13 KM portage between Pigeon River and Lake Superior, Le Grand Portage is an annual charity relay where teams take turns portaging a canoe from Toronto all the way to Montreal. Since starting in 2020, they have raised over one million dollars for multiple sclerosis research.

I've had the pleasure of participating in this event over the last few years. While I love their branding, I have always thought the character in the logo should be doing his fair share of the carrying. So what if the A becomes the bow of the canoe and the T is his outstretched arms?
